Why We Love The Tefal Actifry Air Fryer!

We’ve been testing this out in our kitchen for the last couple of weeks. The Tefal ActiFry is the only air fryer in the market to have a unique stirring paddle that uses Dual Motion technology to provide hands-free cooking and perfectly even results. Say goodbye to manual shaking and uneven browning; let your ActiFry do all the work for you! The automatic stirring paddle allows you to cook anything from curries to stir fries, not forgetting all your fried favourites. It’s the most versatile air fryer yet!

ActiFry’s Dual Motion technology combines hot air circulation with an automatic stirring paddle to produce delicious results with little to no oil. Aside from chips, you can cook casseroles, curries, desserts and the free MyActiFry app contains over 250 recipe suggestions for inspiration. Its generous 1kg capacity caters for up to four people and it couldn’t be easier to clean, thanks to its non-stick and dishwasher safe parts.

This product has definitely enhanced our cooking habits. We are low carb eaters, and I have really enjoyed experimenting with various dishes like fried chicken, eggs in avocado, halloumi fries and various fried vegetables, as well as using it as a far less stressful and smoky way of cooking sausages.

The air fryer itself is neat, clean, fairly quiet and very easy to use. The fact that it still bleeps for a while after unplugging it is a little spooky, but otherwise not really an issue.

The one thing I would add to it is the ability to cook at a higher than 200 degree temp, but that’s not a huge issue, and otherwise for me, it is pretty much perfect. It gives the taste of deep fried food but yet it is cooked with half a teaspoon of fat. The auto stirring element makes things so easy, just pop in your food, set the timings and away you go. Most items are cooked completely without oil. Feel so much healthier for not trying!

You can buy the Tefal Actifry Air Fryer here and if you fancy winning one for yourself, just enter via the rafflecopter below. Good luck!
